What Does Burning Sensation On The Heels Indicate?

I am having stinging/burning in heel of foot, swelling of foot, tenderness in ankle, leg pain, have had nerve test on legs was clear, not a diabetic, all blood work so far clear, am on week of steroids, and 6 gabapentin daily, no relief, what would my next step be to find out what is going on. Thank you.

Your symptoms can be due to pinching of nerve at ankle due to tarsal tunnel syndrome.

Consult an orthopedic surgeon for specific advise (treatment usually consists of rest, ice pack application, anti inflammatory drugs, stretching exercises & physiotherapy).
