What Does Burning Sensation On The Neck Indicate?

I had ACDF surgery a couple of years ago, now I have 2 cages and 4 screws in my neck. I fell yesterday, hitting the back of my head on the edge of a concrete patio. Since then I have had burning in my neck, severe pain in my shoulder blade areas and my head is sore to the touch. Also, severe headache. Could I have damaged my neck?
