What Does Burning Sores And Redness On Tongue Indicate?

My tongue is bright pink and I have been having sores on it as well. It burns all the time been happening for a couple weeks noe. Sores come and go but the burning and redness stay.what should I do.I am also on a clap for sleep zones. Using it just obverse a month

thanks for your query, the burning sensation or soreness on the tongue could be because of ulcers secondary to viral infection like herpes or infectious mononucleosis or aphthous ulcers....the burning could also be because of the grooves on the tongue (fissured tongue)...or anemia can also cause soreness...kindly consult a oral physician to rule out all the above said conditions...mean while you can take topical analgesics and anesthetics...
