What Does Buzzing Sensation In The Elbows Indicate?

My elbow is buzzing like a silent notification from a phone getting a text. I was woken by it this morning hearing it through the bed. I thought I left my phone in the bed and someone kept texting me every 30 seconds. when I found no phone, I realized it was my elbow. now it goes off every 10 to 40 seconds during the day. My elbow was on a desk during a meeting. The person next to me asked if my phone was on silent. I said no, it was my elbow. They looked at me like I was crazy.
