Hi and welcome to HCM
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.
Cerbral falx is the membrane ( a part of dura matter) between the two halves of brain. It extends from the front that is forehead to the back of head, there are blood vessels in it which drains blood from the brain.
Calcification foci means that there are few areas of calcification that is excess calcium has been deposited there which is quite normal in small amounts as you have given the size and is common in old age.
I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimur
