What Does Cephalic Presensation And Placenta Being Fundo Posterior Grade 3 Mean?

Hi i m 39 weeks n 5 days pregnant. Baby has cephalic presentation with 3 kg weight and my placenta is fundo posterior grade 3.what does it mean. Also according to ultrasound baby is 37 weeks. My dr is admiting me tomorrow.is it fine.i hv no pains bt a lil white discharge.help me out what to do.

I have gone through your question.
Cephalic presentation means baby's head is lying down at the opening of uterus.
Placenta fundo posterior grade 3 means lying at opening of uterus covering the internal os. So it might initiate bleeding during labor. So urgent cesarean needed in that case.
