What Does Cerebral White Matter And Other Findings In The MRI Mean?

i have had a mri scan of my brain. findings are numerous smal t2 hyperintensities and demonstrated in cerebral white matter bilaterally. stated most likely microvascular ischemic foci or demyelination and infection could have similar appearance. also noted is is paranasal sinus disease or acute sinusitis. recomened a mri with iv contrast to show more. what do these findings mean in laymen terms and is this serous enought to continue with second mri. very expensive for me out of pocket. thanks for your help
