Hello,
Wellcome to MHC
There is CSF fluid effacement due to C3-4 vertebral level due to disc bulge and this is the cause for headache and dizziness.
When disc bulge occurs it may cause compression of surrounding nerve roots and also can compress the anterior spinal cord.
The simplest treatment for the same is physiotherapy and a few medications for pain relief.
If it doesn't work then discectomy may need to undergo.
The orthopaedic specialist will tell you in detained about the treatment plan.
