What Does Change In Menstrual Pattern Suggest?

Hi my name is dee. what does it mean when the last 3 months ive been late for my period for example in may i started on the 21st, then in june i should of started on 6/21 but started on 6/24, then in july i should of started on 7/24 but i started on 7/27 so right now im late 4 days due to all these changes could that mean i could be pregnant or it may be easier for me to get pregnant.

Hi,

Though bleeding monthly for few months can be seen after pregnancy needs to be excluded by home pregnancy test and USG scan of needful. Change in menstrual pattern can follow physical or psychological stress / hormonal imbalance due to ovarian or thyroid causes.Diagnosed by hormone estimation tests / USG pelvis.
In case of hormonal imbalance...pregnancy becomes a bit difficult due to possible ovulation problems.
