What Does Change In Menstrual Pattern While On Microlut Suggest?

Please am on microlut for 4 weeks now but i do not sexual intercourse yet Last week on tuesday i had my menses which normally end on 7 days. But on the 4 day i started seeing some dark brown discharges up to with frequent urinating.so i don t no weather is pill or gonorrhoea so am scared .and the last time had sex was february 2015 i help me my condition
