What Does Chest Discomfort While On Irbesartan Indicate?

From 8 yrs use eziday50mg(lasartan) but few times i notce that feel check bp went to doctor he prescrib aprovel(irbsartan150mg)i use three days but 3rd i do nt feel good ,feel weeknes in chest or like low bp so i quit and start ezidat50 again yesterday avain bp high 160_90. I took co eziday day but sait take lesotanil for relaxsation. So after that bp get normal ixid liped all test normal bottom line can lasartan 50is ok. ,
