What Does Chest Pain Along With Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath Indicate?

My sister went to the ER today with severe chest pains, dizziness, and short of breath, They sent her home saying it was heartburn. I have researched heartburn somewhat and it never mentioned shortness of breath. What do you think other than she should get second opinion.

Shortness of breath with chest pain should be evaluated with tests. If you're ECG and trophonin is normal. It's ok. I recommend an echo.
