What Does Chest Pain And Numbness On The Left Arm Indicate?

Dear Doctor,
I have been on blood pressure medication for over 8 years now. I go on 10mg Amlodipin, 10mg Ramipril and 2.5mg Metolazone. My bp has been average of 127/82 for about 3 months now. I do not smoke, I drink lightly and eat modeately, though I weight 104kg and my height is 162cm.
I have this fever and slight chest pain on my left side only. I also have some numbness on my left arm. Not really paralyzed but not as vibrant as the right arm.
I had an ECG and they said it is not normal but that there is no need for more tratment, what can I do?

Chest pain with any sort of discomfort { pain, numbness or any other discomfort) demands heart check up.
I would advise you to visit ER/ heart specialist... the earliest .... for consultation.
