What Does Chest Pain Followed By Fainting Indicate?

I recently had a chest pain (felt like heartburn, worst ive ever felt), so bad I ended up passing out for a few minutes at the bank. They called 911, I went to ER. My EKG, electrolytes, vitals, heart enzymes all came back good. They said it may have just been a one time thing. I had noteaten, it was noon, but I had had some iced coffee. Since then, I have had a few headaches and gotten light headed. Any thoughts?
