What Does Chest Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

I am having pain on my right side of mu upper chest in the middle ,no pain on my heart side I ahad a gabg triple bypass e years ago not sure why my right side is hurting continueously,center of my chest from rib cage and straight up,hurts when I breath, your help would be very much appreciated. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY THIS AT THIS TIME MARIO.

There are many reasons like acid reflux, osteochondritis,pleural inflammation , muscle spasm, an infection that should be kept in mind.
