Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to have an EKG alongside echocardiogram if possible as well as chest x-ray as chest pain whether on right or left should be reviewed by a doctor. With history of blood clot in legs, CT scan chest will be needed alongside D dimers levels to rule out any clot moving about in circulation. Getting thyroid functions test will also be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
