hello sir, i m raj mishra,32 years old man from india. i did my lipid profile test and the result is total cholesytrol 272,HDL 44,LDL172,TRIGLYCERIDES 369. earlier i had cleared TMT and my

cardiologist gave me some medicine for reducing the cholestrol,but in recent report no change has been seen in result. what should i do now?

Your lipid profile is deranged. First control your diet, avoid fatty, oily food, also take low sugar food. Regular exercises is very important. If consuming alcohol then it should be stopped.
