Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Stringy fluid and blood clots can give suspection of an infection. It can also occurs in hormonal imbalance or a miscarriage if you had unprotected intercourse. A pelvic examination with a gynecologist and swab is essential to rule out this. Ultrasound examination might be needed also. In case of infection antibiotics will help. If this is due to miscarriage and there is still products remaining then a dilation and curettage will be needed.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
