What Does Cold Sensation And Numbness In The Right Arm Indicate?

I was making breakfast earlier today when after when I sat down to eat I felt sharp pain in my right scapula and over the course of the day the pain has lessened some but I’ve gradually started to feel cold in my right arm and hand and slight shakiness on it for an hour or so. Now when ever a part of my right arm is exposed to air my entire arm feels like it’s being exposed to icy winter air and my hand feels slightly numb and a tightness in my right biceps.
