What Does Cold Sensation On The Right Hand Indicate?

I have been having issues with having a cold right hand on a daily basis. It begins at about 4pm and continues through the night. I am being treated for HBP and Severe migraines. I do have a rotator cuff strain in the center muscle. Last night I had an episode of low body temperature 95.2 with shivering. It took several hours to get my temp back up to 97.1 and stop the shivers. My additional meds that the system would not take are Zonisamide 150mg total, Nortriptyline 75 mg, Magnesium 500mg, and Miralax 17grams in H2O.

I want to know whether do you feel tingling or numbness along with?

Is there constipation, cold intolerance etc like presentation?

If needed peripheral vascular disease can be ruled out by color Doppler only if needed.

If needed check serum TSH estimation for rule out hypothyroidism.

Consult physician for examination.
