What Does Collection Of Perinephric Fluid In A Kidney Patient Indicate?

I m 18 year old male with chronic kidney disease. I ve had all the tests that showed left kidney has shrunk to almost nothing and right is damaged. On my recent MRI it s not no hydronephrosis, no ascitic fluid or lymphadenopathy detected. However, it did read collection of perinephric fluid. What does this mean? Dr also tested for Aldosterone level and it s a 1.1 ng/dl. Isn t this low?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your diagnosed collection of perinephric fluid in your kidney following a history of chronic kidney failure I will strongly suggest this is a transudate that is derived from the failed kidney

In view of this please please see a nephrologist specialist for expert management

I hope this helps Regards
