What Does Constant Cramp Like Pain In Legs And Ankle With Night Sweats Mean?

My brother was just diagnosed wil CLL. I now wonder if I suffer with the same. Since 2004 I have had bone and muscle pain. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia back in 2004. Recently I have had severe pain,cramp like in the front of both legs from under my knee to the top of my ankle. I also am experiencing night sweats. Do you think this may warrant me getting checked also. We do not know of a history of CLL in the family but almost everyone on my mother's side has died from cancer. Out of 10 siblings 8 has had cancer. Who do you think I should start seeing. My PCP or another doctor. Thank you!
