What Does Constant Pain In Left Side Of Stomach Suggest?

Iam having a consent pain on my left side in my stomach area for five days. It s a dull pain sometimes after I eat it gets worst. I ve taking a stool softern for three days and I ve had bile movements but the pain is still there it s been 5 days . So my question is, what s wrong? I m pretty healthy I don t drink or smoke.

It is great to know that you don't drink or smoke. Well; pain in this area is mostly due to gastric/duodenal ulcers and high acidity in stomach. You need immediate treatment and a follow up after a week.

Start with over the counter available Omeprazole and keep away from tea, coffee, caffeinated drinks, energy drinks, soft drinks, fast foods, spicy and fried foods.

Take a whole grain and healthy food. Fruits and vegetables and plenty of water is good for you. Good physical activity on daily basis is the key to good health for you.
