What Does Constant Pain In Upper Thigh And Left Leg Suggest?

My is name is Raj Kumar Jain recently I developed a pain in upper thigh of my left leg this is for the past 10 days. I took pain killers for 8 days Combiflam, dichlorine N,and now I am taking as suggest by the general physicial Ark. I got urine and stool test which is when consulted with ortopaedic doctor is normal. Now, how long I have to take the pain killer pills. It is not subsiding and I am feeling pain while sleeping. Now, kindly suggest which doctor I have to approach and why. When I went to orpthopaedic surgeon he has prescribed MOVON tablet instead of treating the pain for how long I have to pain killers.
