You havent mentioned about your age,diabetic status,drugs you are taking. The most common cause of polyuria is diabetes and check your blood sugar level if not checked recently. Polyuria is also caused as adverse effects of some drugs especially drugs uused for hypertension.In that case there is nothing to worry. Since you have mentioned about a jelly like thing while urinating there is chance of infection along somewhere in your urinary tract.So its better to do a urine routine examination and culture to rule out the chances of infection. The other rare differentials are some fancy medical terms like Fancony syndrome,Conn syndrome etc So its better to consult a physician to make a correct diagnosis and early treatment definitely decreases the likely hood of complications.
