What Does Continued, Bright Red, Thin Periods With History Of Bladder Infection And Spotting Till Periods Indicate?

I am concerned about my period this month. Roughly 25 days ago I had a bladder infection. I at first I thought it was just my period. After I was treated I spotted until my actual period came. I have now had my period for 17 days. It's bright red, very thin, and little to no clots. Only specs of tissue substance when I urinate every couple of days. Should I be worried?

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears to be the pelvic inflamatory disease, so i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation.
You might be having anemia, which causes the problem more severe.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms , hematinics, fluconazole, cifixime, and ornidazole.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
