What Does Count-35 Million And Motality-5% From Semen Analysis Indicate?
Good Day Doctor,
Doctor i got married on 3rd January 2007 and i am working in Saudi Arabia. Myself and my wife were seperated for one year. Then i took my wife to saudi on 2008. for the past 2 years we are togather. I consulted a DGO for my wife and they checked her and said that she is normal and no complication. when i checked with the doctor and he told me to take semen analysis when i took that i came to know that my counts is 35million and motality was 5 %. Please tell me how to more the my motality and counts. Waiting for your advise
Normal semen count is 15-200million/ ml, motility 40-80%. But in your case sperm count and motility both are low.
So avoid alcohol and smoking, eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Do yoga and meditation which may reduce the stress levels. Please consult with your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
