What Does Cracking Sound On Foot Causing Pain And Difficulty In Walking Mean?

so about 15 mins ago i was squating and i pushed myself up and i landed on the side of my foot and i heard this crack. my foot has like a pulse going through it that hurts its lasted for aboutt 15 mins. i cant walk on it or put any weight on it. i dont think its emergency room/docotr seriosus. what might of happened?

its gotten better but i still cant put any weight on it and it feels like its warm and heating and its not my sock its off.
