What Does Cramps After Having Protected Sex Suggest?

Okay me and my girlfriend had protected sex with a condom, and it was brief sex and I did not ejaculate at all. But two days later she started having bad cramps towards the bottom of her stomach. Is she pregnant, I don t see how s that would be possible if I wore a condom and did not cum.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pregnancy symptoms do not occur so early after conception. Moreover, since you had protected intercourse and had no ejaculation, the chances of conception are negligible. The lower abdominal cramps can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease, or any pathology in uterus, colon or urinary bladder.
I would suggest her to wait for the periods, if they are delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done and if negative then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
