What Does Cramps After Sex Indicate?

HI, so before my period (about 2 weeks ago) I had sex with my boyfriend and it hurt really bad and I had bad cramping for about 2 hours afterwards. Then just recently this hardish bump appeared right on the outside of my vagina. I don t know if that s an ingrown hair or if the two incidents are related at all. I have tried squeezing it and when really messed with it started bleeding.
