What Does Cramps And Dark Blood Indicates?

Hi. I had by period a couple of weeks ago. For the past 5 days I have had a bit of discomfort in my lower abdomen with tiny sparatic amounts of dark discharge, looks like dried blood and mucus. I am 31 years old and my past few paps have come back normal. Any suggestions? My intuition tells me i need to increase circulation around my ovaries.
