What Does Cramps And Spasms In Legs And Arms Indicate?
i get cramps and spasms in legs and arms almost daily severely at night they re very painful sometimes lock up my hands and feet i ve tried stretching my legs at times that seems to cause the cramps I can feel them coming on minutes before they happen been to the doctors a few times YYYY@YYYY suggested vitamin d and prescribed some nortriptyline but they haven t remedied the problem, I am getting very concerned about this at times it seems so severe I m afraid my heart is going to cramp up and stop i m on high blood pressure med and hypothyroid med could they be connected to these cramps and spasms?
