Cramping not painful but annoying the don't hurt at all I
Notice them when they come it comes like every four hours or so
Probably not that much and the don't last that long the crams

Hi,
I understand your concern
Actually, very mild cramps/ heaviness in lower abdomen is common in early pregnancy. From your description, the cramps you have seem to be normal.
BUT, you also have history of 3 abortions in past- from that point of view I would suggest,
- Urgent visit to a gynecologist for confirmation of pregnancy, assessment of fetal condition & to start with hormonal support for the fetus, with doctor's consultation.
- Till the risk zone of previous abortions is over, you should take rest .
- Take nutritive light diet, ,plenty of fresh water & medicines as advised.
Thanks.
