What Does Cramps In Abdomen With Fatigue, Increased Urination And Tender Breasts Indicate?

I have been experiencing lower abdominal cramping/pinching consistantly for 2 weeks, along with fatigue, dizziness, increase in urination. Just within the past 3 days my lower back/tailbone area has been a dull achey feeling almost like what I get with my regular menstrual cramps, my breasts have been tender and off and on I have been nauseous. According to my menstrual and ovulation calendar, I am supposed to start my cycle in two days. I m having similar symptoms but I don t know. Maybe this is wishful thinking that I m pregnant because my husband and I just started trying almost 4 weeks ago.

Hello,

The cramps in abdomen and increased urination and tender breasts are indicating possible incoming periods. However, if skipped, wait for 10 days after your due date to take the pregnancy test.

All the best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
