What Does Cramps In The Stomach After Eating Food Indicate?
Stomach cramping since last meal last night around 7pm. Iceberg lettuce salad and 2 chicken drumettes Less cramping just queasy now. 3 stools bulky and soft. Only liquids: lemon tea, tomato soup and popcorn. 1/4 strawberry made it cramp again. Maalox x 3 this am. Same symptoms to eat some gluten foods, bloating and Abdominal distension. But I had no gluten foods last night. What does this sound like?
CRP and ESR can tell if there is any disease! If there is abdominal distension then you must go to physical checkup and imaging studies to rule out any pathological thing! Take care of food habits (fast for a day with some fruits, juices, coconut water) and then take khichdi with butter / ghee for a day! Then slowly introduce food (boiled, steamed veggies, salads, fruits, multi-grains breads. You can restore your health better!
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
