Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of the test report posted by you is as follows:

The smear from uterine cavity suggests presence of pus cells or white blood cells.
Pus cells suggest infection.
Epithelial cells can accompany pus cells.
The gram's stain is done to stain the bacteris.
The gram's stain shows presence of rod shaped bacteria called lactobacilli.
Lactobacilli are normal inhabitants of the female genital tract.
In addition, there is presence of spherical bacteria or coccobacilli.
Coccobacilli are not normally present in the smear from genital tract and its presence can be due to shift in vaginal flora which is due to due to change in pH of the female reproductive tract.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist with the report for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotic for the infection.

Thanks and take care
