What Does Cyst At The Back Of Vagina With Little Lumps Inside The Vagina Mean?

i have a cist at the back of my vagina.. doctors have said not to worry about it..but it have grown over the years...then my husband says that he can feel 3 little lumps inside of my vagina when we have sex...so he doesn't want to until i find out what they are.
