What Does Cystic Foci Within The Fundal Endometrial Canal On USG Suggest?

What does all this mean? Discussion: The uterus measures 8.3 x 3.9 x 5.2 cm, with no focal myometrial abnormality. Endometrial thickness measured 8 mm, within normal limits. There are 2 small cystic foci within the fundal endometrial canal on the right and left, which are nonspecific and may reflect loculated fluid, though correlation with beta-hCG testing is recommended. There is mild increased vascularity of the myometrium, likewise nonspecific. The right ovary measured 2.6 x 1.3 x 1.9 cm (volume 3 mL), containing small physiologic follicles. Color flow to the right adnexa was demonstrated. The left ovary measured 3.5 x 2.9 x 1.8 cm (volume 3 mL), with a 1.9 cm solid appearing mass along its inferior margin. This shows some internal vascularity. Color flow to the left adnexa was demonstrated.
