What Does Cystic Follicle Measuring 2.93x 1.95 From Ultrasound Suggest?

hi...the result of my ultrasound states that i have a normal sized retroverted uterus, thick endometrial echo to consider endometrial hyperplasia, normal sized ovaries with cystic follicle measuring 2.93cm x 1.95cm at the left ovary. we've been trying to have a baby for 3 years now...can you give me a piece of advice regarding the results of my ultrasound...? thanks.
