Scan result says:- A cystic thin walled density (24mm x 21mm) is seen in the right ovary. Features indicates RT. Follicle. Lt. ovary is of normal size and shape. Lt. adnexa is free. Trying to conceive. My last menstral period was on the 9th. it is always 27days. I am 32yrs

This indicates egg realising follicle, some times follice wont rupture and seen as a cyst and usely it disappears by itself
