What Does Dark And Light Lines In Pregnancy Test Indicate?

Hello. I did the pregnancy test and found 2 lines one lighter and other darker. While the darker line formed immedietly the lighter one was formed after few minutes. What does that mean. We dont want to have kids now. How safe os it to have an abortion.i missed my periods by 4 days. I also have pain in my tummy.

Hello dear
Understand your concern
You had slight positive pregnancy test as one line is darker that is control -C and other line is slight positive that is test - T.
Slight positive is due to you did test very early. It may be slight positive in ectopic pregnancy.
You have to done pregnancy test again after 7-8 days to confirm the pregnancy. Better to confirm the pregnancy by Blood HCG or USG if period will delay for 10-12 days.
If pregnancy will detect, you can do abortion safely under the observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
Do not use this pill at home as it cause high risk of complication and failure of abortion.
Mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hours.
