What Does Dark Brown, Blood Clots Later Turning Lighter To Pink Indicate?

Hello. I had what I thought was my regular period last month, for a few days shorter than average. Then a few days later I started bleeding dark brown, blood clots and it has lasted for about two weeks now, it has gotten lighter and now turned into a light pink mucous. What could this be?

-Infections
-Hormonal.imbalance
-Miscarriage
-Side effects of medication
-Abnormalities of the uterus
-Abnormalities of the inner lining of the uterus
