What Does Dark Pigmentation On The Penis Tip Indicate?

The tip of my penis has been getting darker when its soft. Also when I got on the road I would smoke a lot and I started to notice that red spots started showing on my shaft. Is that normal? they are gone now but from time to time they return. it s been a full week since I saw any spots. but I am concerned and don t have medical insurance..

I really appreciate your concern, if this does not remains there for long time then it is normal one but if this goes on happening on and often then it may be some skin condition and steroid can be tried for this and best option would be "Tab Beclomethasone" ointment hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
