What Does Dark Pruny Skin On The Opening Of Penis Indicate?

I had taken azithromax to treat chlamydia when I went to the emergency room at the hospital. The doctor looked and said it was chlamydia. I had slight discharge that was clear and slight pain/uncomfortableness. It s been almost 2 weeks since I took the 4 pill dosage, no discharge and no uncomfortable feeling but the skin on the opening of my penis is dark and pruny when not erect. Please help me

It can be due to post treatment effect, rule out for secondary infections, local antibiotics can help you.
