What Does Darkness Around Uterus In Pelvic Ultrasound Mean?

I recently had a pelvic US in which fibroids were detected. Tech also mentioned darkness all around the uterus. When I asked what it was, he said I should wait to speak to my Dr. Any idea what it could be? Follow up with Dr is not for several weeks and I m a nervous wreck.

It's hard to say exactly what might be. Probably liquid around the uterus but I am not sure. In my opinion, just wait for the specialist consultation.
