What Does Decrease In Thickness Of Septum Indicate?

hi, im pedro. im 73 i had 2 heart strokes 13 years ago. now i have a fraction of ejection of 28 and a septum thicknes of 4 mm . the ejection is the same as 8 years ago, however, the spectum thicknes decreased from 10 mm to 4 mm in the last 7 years. i wonder what should i expect on this basis? thank you so much for your answer.

Is it a septal aneurysm?
It is likely to be the result of old infarction (attack)
It has probably stabilised at this level and not likely to change any further
