What Does Delayed Menstruation After Taking I-pill Suggest?

Had protected sex jst a day after periods nd thn also had i-pill within 12 hours,there was withdrawl bleeding also after some days but it has passed over about 1 month but stil the nxt periods had arrived .can u tell me what could b the reason 4 this.is any matter of tnsn.plzzzzzzz help

Hi, since you have taken i-pill which contains levonorgesterol which is a synthetic progestogen. Since your normal hormonal balance is disturbed, it will take some time for your hormones to be back to normal. You can expect such a thing as delayed periods to take place, may be up to 15 days.
Kindly wait for periods to happen naturally. If it is delayed further, consult a Gynecologist for proper evaluation and solution.
