What Does Delayed Menstruation Indicate?

My period is three weeks late, I have take two pregnacy test both of which came back negative. The condom had broke with my bf and I an we only realize after the fact (ejaculation) I took prostinor 1 within 12 hours...I m confused as to why i haven t had my cycle as its usually always on time...Any advice???

In this situation, if you are very anxious, then you can have an ultrasound pelvis to rule out any pregnancy. It can also be delayed by that medicine also.
