What Does Delayed Menstruation With Soreness In Breasts Indicate?

I am six days late on my period as of today and I have taken several home pregnancy tests which showed negative but I have been having pressure in my lower abdomen where my uterus is since about a week before my period was expected. Also my breasts have been sore since about a week before my period was expected.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pressure in lower abdomen and soreness of breast can be seen in pre-menstrual syndrome.
Pre-menstrual syndrome is a set of symptoms like lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, cramps, breast tenderness etc.
These symptoms are few days before onset of menstruation.
If the symptoms are very troublesome medication to relieve the cramps can be taken.
Anti-spasmodics are group of drugs which can be taken to relieve the pain and cramps.
However, it does not signify anything serious.

Thanks and take care
