What Does Delayed Period Along With Nausea And Back Pain Indicate? 

I am now 10 days late with my period. Something that has never happened to me before. For the past several days/ week I ve been experiencing major back pain, random headaches/migraines. I have been feeling a bit nauseous at random times. I m always hungry. Even when I eat I m hungry and my stomach always growls. I have tummy aches and cramps. Major vaginal discharge. (White, creamy) hot flashes and I m a bit annoyed and irratated with everything. Is there a possibility I am pregnant? Also can smoking a hookah affect ones period?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your stomach upsets with nausea with 10 days delay in periods suggest pregnancy. though the same symptoms can be seen in other gastric disturbances.. I would advise you to get your urine pregnancy test done.
+ ve pregnancy test / USG scan of pelvis ( at 5 weeks pregnancy ) is confirmatory tests for pregnancy.,
